CGI reseller and consultancy, Escape Technology, has appointed Andrew Condie as Professional Services Director.
Condie takes up the new position to boost the company’s engineering and consultancy offerings as it builds its provision of support services and IP. He will also be responsible for developing Escape’s wider offering as it expands into new markets.
Condie’s experience includes stints as CTO and COO in companies including PixitMedia, Prime Focus, and Azure.
“Andrew will be a major asset for the company and his appointment demonstrates our on-going commitment to provide the best consultation and support services available in the worlds of VFX and CGI,” said Mark Cass, managing director of Escape Technology. “We are also expanding in other spaces including architecture, automotive, and product design where our often bleeding-edge experiences from the worlds of film and TV are having a major impact on workflows.”
