All3Media is significantly expanding its unscripted development in the United States with the launch of a new wave of development labels under the umbrella of Studio Lambert.

The new labels will focus on a range of genres, including game shows and follow-docs.  The new teams will report to Studio Lambert’s LA-based President, Jack Burgess who has run the company’s U.S. business since 2018 in close partnership with London-based Chief Creative Officer Tim Harcourt and CEO Stephen Lambert.

Studio Lambert’s recent unscripted shows in the U.S include the Emmy-winning The Traitors for Peacock NBCU; the BAFTA-winning Squid Game: The Challenge for Netflix; seven seasons of The Circle, also for Netflix; and 11 seasons of Emmy-winning Undercover Boss for CBS.  The studio’s recent projects include Buy It Now for Amazon Prime Video and The Anonymous for USA Network.

The first of the new development labels will be run by veteran Executive Producers Jill Goslicky and Vivian Choi who join with their MindMeld Entertainment shingle. The two have worked in a variety of roles and have a wide range of credits, including Bravo’s Below Deck franchise – Below Deck: Mediterranean and Below Deck: Sailing Yacht; A&E’s Intervention; NBC’s The Biggest Loser and The Apprentice; CBS’s The Mole and Same Name; MTV’s  The Real World and Road Rules;  and VH1’s Flavor of LoveRock of Love and I Love New York.

The duo have also served as Development and Current Executives for platforms such as Amazon Studios and production companies such as 3 Ball Productions.

Jane Turton, All3Media Chief Executive, said: “This is a really exciting opportunity to combine the creative brilliance, reputation and relationships of Jack, Tim and Stephen with a new team to All3Media – Jill and Vivian.

“Jill and Vivian have a fabulous track record of delivering successful shows and under Jack’s leadership, we believe that they are hugely well positioned to drive the next phase of our U.S. unscripted strategy.”

Jack Burgess said: “Jill and Viv are incredibly smart producers and a brilliant creative team – their expertise and experience make them a perfect fit for Studio Lambert. I’m excited to work with them to bring their ideas to life, and I look forward to the fresh perspective and energy that they will bring as we continue to build the business.”

Jill Goslicky and Vivian Choi said: “We are thrilled and honored to be joining All3Media and Studio Lambert in this exciting new partnership and look forward to working alongside this best-in-class team. Our passion lies in telling human stories with heart, humor, and a touch of the unexpected. We love that unscripted television has the power to inform, inspire, and spark conversation, and we’re eager to bring fresh ideas to this space.”
