Film, TV and theatre agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates has appointed Senior Agent, Tanya Tillett to its Film & Television department.

Tanya Tillett will report to Head of Film & Television, Jodi Shields. For almost two decades she has built a list of writers across film, television and theatre, as well as the representation of dramatic rights for books, having previously worked as an agent for The Agency and the Knight Hall Agency.

She will build upon her list at Casarotto Ramsay which includes prominent writers: Anna Symon (Mrs Wilson, The Essex Serpent, Joan); Lydia Adetunji (Get Millie Black, His Dark Materials, Noughts & Crosses); Inua Ellams (Barbershop Chronicles, Three Sisters, Doctor Who); Grace Ofori-Attah (Malpractice, Playing Nice); Tim Telling (The Mash Report, The Scurry); Anna McCleery (Free Rein, A Kind of Spark, Lady Grace Mysteries).

This latest hire follows the recent appointment of Theatre Agent, Kara Fitzpatrick who joined from 42 Management & Production where she worked as Literary Manager. Previously at Dalzell and Beresford and Alan Brodie Representation, Kara has brought her existing clients to Casarotto which incorporates new voices as well as established talent including: Roy Williams (Death of England Trilogy, The Lonely Londoners, Sucker Punch); Tanika Gupta (A Tupperware of Ashes, The Empress, Lions and Tigers); Dipo Baruwa-Etti (The Clinic, An unfinished man); John Donnelly (Summerwater, The Assessment, The Pass).

She reports to Head of Theatre, Mel Kenyon.
