Ant and Dec’s Mitre Studios has hired Nadia Afiari as Director of Production.

In the newly created role, Afiari will be responsible for production budgets, schedules and delivery of all productions across both digital and television output. She will also be working alongside the MD ensuing the overall financial health of the company.

Prior to joining Mitre Studios, Afiari played a pivotal role in the success of major entertainment formats, including: Too Hot to Handle (Netflix), Don’t Rock the Boat (ITV), Celebs go Dating (Channel 4), The Jump (Channel 4), All Together Now (BBC) and Harry Heroes (ITV). Afiari was previously Head of Production across all commercial activities at Great Scott Media. She has also co-founded Black Leaders in TV, a community interest company dedicated to promoting diversity within the TV industry.
