Adamantean has helped finance the creative digital technologies studios at the University of Chichester Tech Park.

Adamantean was introduced to help finance the project in early 2018, by the Digital Garage Group, who had won the tender for systems integration of the creative digital technologies facilities.

The University worked with Adamantean to structure a £5m funding solution, complementary to its existing banking facilities. The project needed an operating lease, which meant bringing together a senior debt provider and an equity RV provider to cover all of the equipment in the Tech Park.

A first principal tranche was funded in time for the official opening in October 2018, by the duke and duchess of Sussex. Subsequent tranches completed in the first half of this year and in time for the start of this academic year.
