Little Dot Studios has made a series of senior internal promotions across its US and UK businesses.

In the US, the company has appointed Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska as Co-Managing Directors of Little Dot Studios US.

Alongside the US leadership appointments, Little Dot Studios (an All3Media company) has also promoted a number of senior leaders within its UK business across operations, client services, commercial partnerships, creative production, and legal.=

The UK-based promotions include Monica Giurgiu who is promoted to Director of Strategic Operations; Katie Matthews, promoted to Director of Client Services; Fleur Fekkes, promoted to Head of Creative Production; Sarah Chinnery, promoted to Head of Advertising Partnerships and Alice Hyde, promoted to Deputy General Counsel.

Dan Jones, CEO of Little Dot Studios (and acting MD of the US office), said: “These promotions reflect both the growth of our business and the strength of the people who have helped build it. Ben and Charles have been instrumental in driving the success of our US operation, and their appointments as Co-Managing Directors set us up brilliantly for the next phase of expansion, particularly as 2025 was a standout year for the team. At the same time, our UK promotions recognise exceptional leaders whose work underpins our global offering from operations and client services through to creative, commercial partnerships, legal and business affairs. Promoting from within remains core to how we grow Little Dot Studios.”

As Co-Managing Directors, Arnold and Wideska will jointly lead the US business, overseeing strategy, commercial growth, and team development, while working closely with the wider global leadership team to support Little Dot Studios’ international ambitions.

Little Dot Studios Germany has also just announced two new promotions, with Marco Wagner promoted to Head of Distribution & Content Strategy and Thomas Konnerth promoted to Head of Network – Germany.
