All3Media has appointed Thomas Shearer as Chief Financial Officer.
Shearer has been working as interim CFO since the summer following the departure of Angela McMullen. He joined All3Media in 2018 and became Group Finance Director four years later.
In his new role, Shearer will report to CEO Jane Turton, who said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Tom is taking on the CFO role that he is so well qualified for. He has a deep understanding of our business and the industry, and on top of that he’s a real team player and a pleasure to work with – supportive, collaborative and a great leader.”
Prior to joining All3Media, Shearer worked at KPMG from 2011 where he managed the audit of TMT companies including ITV Group and ITV Studios.
Shearer said: ‘I am delighted to be appointed CFO at All3Media, working with Jane. This is a fantastic business with hugely talented and creative people right across the group. I’ve been lucky to work alongside so many supportive colleagues, and I’m excited to continue that teamwork as we build on All3Media’s success.”
