Production has now started on the HBO Original Harry Potter television series at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden with new cast and new HoDs now announced.
The series will debut in 2027.
Newly announced cast includes Rory Wilmot as Neville Longbottom, Amos Kitson as Dudley Dursley, Louise Brealey as Madam Rolanda Hooch, and Anton Lesser as Garrick Ollivander.
Adriano Goldman will be Director of Photography, Cate Hall will handle Hair and Makeup Designer, Paul Herbert is Stunt Coordinator, Mark Holt is SFX Supervisor, Mara LePere-Schloop is Production Designer, Naomi Moore is Set Decorator, John Nolan is in as Creature Effects Design Supervisor, Alexis Wajsbrot will be VFX Supervisor and Dom Sidoli VFX Producer and the previously announced Holly Waddington is Costume Designer).
The series is written and executive produced by Francesca Gardiner. Mark Mylod will executive produce and direct multiple episodes of the series for HBO in association with Brontë Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television. The series is executive produced by J.K. Rowling, Neil Blair, and Ruth Kenley-Letts of Brontë Film and TV, and David Heyman of Heyday Films.
