Channel 4 has commissioned Big Circus Media to make a new four-part series “celebrating the extraordinary people, places and things that make up the fabric of life in the UK” for More 4.
Fronted by farmer and TV Presenter Matt Baker, the series will be filmed across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. “Capturing the natural beauty of our landscapes the series will celebrate the diverse and rich fabric of our modern-day United Kingdom, both traditional and contemporary.”
Deborah Dunnett, commissioning editor, Channel 4, said “This series will be a surprising, quirky, celebratory and life-affirming snapshot of Britain, from cities to coastlines, workshops to woodlands and farms to factory floors. Matt continues to bring an engaged and loyal audience to Channel 4 and I am excited to share this latest project with viewers.”
