Banijay UK label, Zeppotron, has appointed Executive Producer, Richard Cohen, to the newly created role of Director of Programmes.
Reporting to Zeppotron MD, Peter Holmes, he will work with the development team to help grow Zeppotron’s slate of productions and develop new programme ideas for the UK and international market while continuing to produce and deliver titles on Zeppotron’s slate including Last One Laughing (Amazon Prime) and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (C4).
Cohen has been at the label since 2010 serving as producer, series producer and executive producer across a range of titles. During his time at Zeppotron, his credits include series and executive producer on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (C4) since it first started in 2012, executive producer on The Ranganation (BBC Two) and series producer on three series of Bafta-winning Would I Lie To You? (BBC One).
