Whisper, Final Replay and Sony Pictures Television are to make new series ‘Moment Of Truth’, produced in association with FIFA+.
FIFA+ is the new “digital destination for football fandom” and the home of the FIFA World Cup football archive.
‘Moment Of Truth’ examines the world’s favourite sport through the lens of human endeavour: Why do we care so much about the game? What makes exceptional footballers tick? What lifts teams to greatness? What does it tell us about ourselves? Ten simple words provide the answer, and each episode will be shaped around these themes: Absolution, Cunning, Genius, Courage, Inspiration, Joy, Art, Passion, Hope, Wisdom
The series will have “unprecedented” access to the FIFA World Cup archives dating back to the first tournament in 1930 and behind-the-scenes contributions from superstars, fans, commentators and the world’s leading psychologists, each episode explores iconic moments from the men and women’s FIFA World Cup tournaments.
‘Moment of Truth’ is produced by Whisper and Final Replay in association with FIFA+. The series is distributed worldwide by Sony Pictures Television.
