Warner Chappell Production Music has launched The Fixation Collection, a curated destination for trailer and promo music, alongside the debut of Catalyst, a new, specialized trailer catalogue.
The Fixation Collection features a carefully chosen selection of trailer music from WCPM’s catalogue, gathering relevant releases into one easy-to-access place. All tracks are pre-cleared, original, and specifically created for trailers and promos.
According to Olivia Taphorn, Creative Director, Licensing, WCPM, “The Fixation Collection is designed to simplify music searches for trailer and promo creatives. It’s here to make things as easy as possible for our clients, and we aim to make it the logical first and last stop when they are on the hunt for music.”
The Fixation Collection includes live orchestral recordings and electronic rock hybrids as well as score-based trailer music. Cataloguess within the collection include Glory Oath & Blood, Scoremongers, and the newly launched, Catalyst.
The Catalyst catalogue is focused on modern trailer music designed to complement genre films and trending narrative themes.
Catalyst’s releases are inspired by the evolving styles and storylines of soon-to-be-released film and video game projects. The catalog launches with three new albums: Wild Hearts for lighthearted and adventurous family projects, Dark Rituals for darker, gothic-themed content, and Spark for narratives that incorporate fantasy and magical elements.
