BBC2 has ordered Wilderness with Simon Reeve from The Garden.

In the series, adventurer Simon Reeve journeys to some of  the last great wildernesses “in a bid to unlock their secrets, and experience the natural world at its most beautiful and fragile.”

He will travel to the Pacific Ocean’s spectacular Coral Triangle, Africa’s vast Congo Rainforest, the Kalahari desert, and the landscape of Patagonia and meet “the people who make their homes in the wild, to understand how they live alongside nature, and what we can all do to preserve the planet’s greatest wonders for future generations.”

Sam Bagnall, Executive Producer, Wilderness with Simon Reeve, The Garden says: “For almost two decades, Simon has brought us stories from every corner of the world.
