Rogue has added director Andzej to its roster.

His standout projects include Uprooted, You’re Born, and We Will Become Better, alongside commercial work such as Aldi: Sweet Stuff and World of Tanks: No Going Back.

Andzej’s work has garnered multiple awards including, Gold for Director of the year at Shots Awards, Silver for Direction at Cannes Lions 2022, Bronze in Film at Cannes Lions 2022, Silver at Cannes Lions 2020-2021and Gold Screen at YDA 2020.

Andzej’s films are “defined by their ability to capture feeling in its purest form, creating work that resonates on a deeply human level. His approach is rooted in empathy and observation, drawing on the nuances of real people and lived experience to shape both narrative and performance.”

“I’m driven by feeling,” says Andjez. “Almost like a perfumer building a fragrance, I’m trying to create something that lingers, something that reaches people on a deeper level. The technical and strategic side is something you develop over time. But the emotional instinct that’s the alchemy. That’s what drives me.

“I’ve known Charlie for years, and had been in touch with Kate for some time, but beyond that it was the energy. There’s openness, ambition, and a real belief in the work. It felt like a place where we can push things further, where we can do something bigger together. I always go with feeling and this felt right.”

Kate Taylor, Partner &Managing Director at Rogue, comments: “I met Andzej a number of years ago when he won a Gold Screen at the YDAs in Cannes. I was impressed by him then, and I’m even more impressed by him now. His work is full of emotion with a clear point of view, he has a knack for capturing feeling and translating it into beautiful, cinematic work.  He makes original and arresting images, and he’s got a head chock- full of wonderful stuff.  I’ve always wanted him on the roster and we’re super excited to see what’s next for him now he’s a Rogue.”

Charlie Roberson, Rogue’s Head of Talent & Executive Producer, said: “Andzej and I go way back, I’ve always been a fan of his work and his energy. Having him join Rogue feels like a natural next step and we’ve already hit the ground running…”
