Objective Media Group has appointed Holly Pye to the newly created role of Commercial Director and promoted Roz Pound to Director of Production and Operations.
 
Pye joins from James Grant Media Group where she was Entertainment Board Director working across the strategy and management of a wide variety of clients and before that she worked as the company’s Head of Television. Previously she worked at William Morris (WMA) and William Morris Endeavor (WME) where she ran the TV department in the UK representing UK and US production companies and talent. She takes up her new role in August.
 
Roz Pound was the Director of Production at OMG and previously Head of Production at John Stanley Productions. Prior to that she was Production Executive at Wall to Wall Television, working on series two and three of The Voice (UK) for BBC One. Pound was at ITV Studios for 20 years as Head of Production on factual and factual entertainment helping to launch shows including I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Dancing on Ice, Hell’s Kitchen, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Come Dine with Me and Pride of Britain Awards.
