Jemima Jennings has been appointed to a newly created Development Executive role at scripted Banijay UK label, Kudos.
Reporting to Kudos Head of Development, Sarah Stack and Head of Development for Kudos North, Laura Conway, Jennings will be tasked with developing the next big, scripted ideas for the production company behind hit series including Steven Knight’s SAS Rogue Heroes, the currently in-production Steven Knight project, This Town (BBC), as well as Grantchester (ITV), Code 404 (Sky), Responsible Child (BBC Two), Deadwater Fell (C4) and the forthcoming Then You Run (Sky).
Jemima Jennings began her career in TV at Left Bank Pictures in 2015 as a runner, before joining Season Two of The Crown, working as director’s assistant to both Philip Martin and Philippa Lowthorpe. From that she moved into Left Bank’s development team, where she worked across their extensive slate. Her role included script editing Three Pines for Amazon and assistant script editing Behind Her Eyes for Netflix.
