Creative Remote is “transforming the landscape of remote editing with its innovative virtual technology.”

The solution is designed for almost 200 users in a dedicated, secure datacentre. Hosting AVID, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and DaVinci Resolve, Creative Remote provides “unmatched reliability and flexibility, allowing clients to maximise their offline budgets.”

Users can access their machine on kit supplied by production, their own or via our tailored supplied kit.

In the past 18 months, Creative Remote has partnered with productions including Formula 1: Drive to Survive (Netflix), Make or Break (Apple TV+), and Tour De France: Unchained (Netflix) and most recently Sprint: The World’s Fastest Humans Part 2 (Netflix). Box to Box Films Post Production Executive Vicky Boyens says “Drive to Survive has been using Creative Remote for the past 3 seasons and the edit flexibility it provides to turnaround one of Netflix’s biggest unscripted shows on an extremely tight schedule is game changing”

Creative Remote can scale to meet fluctuating production schedules. Rather than relying on fixed physical machines, Creative Remote uses virtual computing, providing tailored specifications for each user. This flexibility allows assistant editors to run multiple processes simultaneously and offers  ‘AVID Lite’ systems for wider team collaboration, from set, at home or in facility.

With Creative Remote, “clients can transform any location into an editing facility, in a considerably more cost effective manner, unleashing the potential of any existing real estate. They also benefit from a unique billing model: clients pay only for actual usage, with no charges for down-weeks or schedule changes.”
