Gramercy Park Studios has appointed Cesar Eiji Nunes as Head of CGI.

Nunes cut his teeth in his home nation of Brazil and then worked through the ranks at companies including MPC, Passion Pictures and Nexus.

During his 15-plus years in the industry, Nunes has worked on high profile projects for brands including Jack Daniels, Huawei, Compare the Market, Toyota, Anchor Cheese, Rockband and more.

Notable projects include the multi-award-winning animated short, ‘Last Game’, for Nike Football and Wieden + Kennedy, and more recently ‘Phones are Good’ for Three.

Richard Ireland, Managing Director at Gramercy Park Studios said: “We’re very much looking to ensure that the CG department expands on the great work we’ve been doing over the past six years. Cesar is a very talented CG artist who has a natural storytelling ability. His experience as a creative director and supervisor, paired with his passion for all aspects of the creative process, will be key to the department’s development. We’re in no doubt that he’ll provide an invaluable creative depth to our team and the company.”
