Channel 5 has recommissioned indie True North for a second and third series of primetime consumer series Shop Smart Save Money.
The show will be presented by Gaby Roslin and Fiona Phillips and will once again come from The Broadway Centre in Bradford where viewers will be offered cash-saving tips and tricks.
Shop Smart Save Money (series one) launched on Channel 5 in June this year with three episodes airing on consecutive Wednesdays at 8pm.
The new commission is for a further two series of 8 x 60 (16 episodes in total). Series two will air later this autumn and the third series in 2019.
The Commissioning Editor for 5 is Daniel Pearl. The Executive Producer for True North is Julie Beanland, with Richard Mortimer Series Producing.
