Post house Absolute’s grading arm, Absolute Colour, has launched a second grading suite.

Absolute says the new addition will have a particular focus on “supporting emerging directors from all creative disciplines.”

This new investment includes a brand new set of DaVinci Resolve Advanced Panels, a high-end, Linux-based Resolve system with Intel Xeon Gold processors and a stack of NVIDIA RTX Ti 2080 GPUs.  The suite will use EIZO and Panasonic 4K monitors.

Founder and Partner of Absolute Colour, Matt Turner says:  "We have a heritage of fostering relationships with up-and-coming directors and until now, haven’t had the capacity to do so as much as we’d like. This expansion offers my colleagues, Adam Clarke and Felipe Szulc, the perfect opportunity to do this"
