For ID2, along with most other companies in the sector, the main challenge for the business has been “client budgets being tightened due to the recession” while at the same time those same clients “wanting more for their money.”
ID2 says it has “managed to retain a positive attitude” throughout the recession and “adapt in areas where necessary. Overall the company has not been majorly affected,” it says. As for the outlook for the sector in general, ID2 reckons that there will “hopefully be a gradual increase of client budgets” over time which “will encourage the sector to recover fully and grow.”
