Scrub has supplied London’s Silverglade Post Production with a 16-fader Avid S6 M10 control surface for its 5.1-equipped audio dubbing studio.
Following an upgrade to Pro Tools HDX and version 11 software, Scrub’s S6 install replaces Silverglade’s D-Command console for audio mixing, voice-over and Foley recording.
Silverglade, named ITV Supplier of the Year for 2013/14, will also use the system for clients such as The Food Network, BBC, National Geographic and Al Jazeera.
Silverglade managing director Jason Tomkins said: “We have not found any other system that matches the power and flexibility of the Pro Tools workflow.”

“Our dubbing mixers work on documentary and short-form programmes. We choose the S6 in a configuration that best supports the fast turnaround and high quality that clients expect from Silverglade.”

Scrub’s Devin Workman added: “Silverglade is one of London’s leading documentary and short-form post facilities, and the addition of the S6 makes its South Bank studio truly state-of-the-art.”

“The S6 fits seamlessly into the existing workflow and will provide an unprecedented level of control of all the functions in Pro Tools.”
Anyone wanting to view the full features of the S6 with HHB and Scrub’s Avid specialists can visit its 5.1-equipped facility in Soho, London.

HHB will also be hosting demos of the S6 at the BVE 2015 tradeshow.
