Rushes has recruited Simona Harrison to join its team of colourists.

Harrison has worked with commercial directors including Nick Knight, Trevor Robinson and Sam Taylor-Wood and on many major international campaigns for clients including Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent, H&M, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Carlsberg, Xbox and Sony Playstation.

She is known for fashion and beauty work and has also graded with Directors of Photography in different genres, including Darius Kondji, Philippe Rousselot and John Mathieson, on rushes for Sherlock Holmes 1 and 2, Ridley Scott's Robin Hood, Attack the Block and various other TV projects.

As a painter, she has been exhibited in Paris, Milan, Bucharest and Stuttgart. Harrison believes this interest and understanding allows her to experiment with colour on screen the same way she does on canvas.

Her appointment follows Rushes' recent investment in its colour grading capacity with a new Resolve digital mastering suite for commercial DI finishing. Offering workflows through CGI and VFX, the Resolve suites also offers real time remote grading facilities to sister companies, and other partnering companies, across the world. Harrison is now available for remote real time grading throughout the company's network in the USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada.
