Warner Bros TV-owned Renegade Pictures has hired Hannah Brownhill as Director of Development.

She joins Renegade from her previous role as Head of Development at Boundless.

Brownhill has worked in development and production of shows including Four Rooms (C4), Great British Railway Journeys (BBC2) and Would Like To Meet (BBC2). As Head of Development she has secured formats such as The Week The Landlords Moved In (BBC1), Secrets In My Family (W), An Hour To Save A Life (BBC2), and World’s Toughest Jobs (BBC3).

Brownhill said: “I am thrilled to be joining the Renegade team. I’m a big fan of their key formats and look forward to working with them to deliver clever, entertaining and insightful shows that immerse us in the dramas of real life.”

Harry Lansdown, Director of Programmes, Renegade Pictures, said: “I’m delighted that Hannah is joining to help build our slate of factual series and formats. Her great strength is her intuitive understanding of the world around her, which she then translates into compelling television.”

Hannah joins the senior management team at Renegade, reporting into Harry Lansdown, and CEO/Founder Alex Cooke. She takes up the newly created role with immediate effect.
