Actor Ralf Little and exec Zoe Rocha have launched production company LittleRock Pictures, backed with an exclusive first-look development deal from Sky Vision.

The deal will see Sky Vision support the development of scripted content by the company for international distribution.

LittleRock Pictures specialises in comedy and drama, and has already secured a number of development commissions which will form part of this new deal with Sky Vision.

Rocha was previously COO of Sprout Pictures, where she acted as comedy and drama executive producer on several of Sprout’s projects, including developing Sky 1 comedy Moone Boy.

Ralf Little was cast in acclaimed comedy The Royle Family at the age of 18 and has since taken on many television and stage roles. Since 2008, he has written and starred in two series of Sky 1 comedy The Cafe and penned a one-off episode for the Sky Arts ‘Playhouse Presents’ strand.

Kylie Munnich, Director of Drama and Comedy at Sky Vision, said: “We’re really pleased to partner with Zoë and Ralf in their new venture. They’re both brimming with creativity and energy and I can’t wait to see what projects lie on the horizon.

Sky Vision, the distribution and production arm of Sky, has struck similar deals with production companies such as ACME Films and Roughcut.
