TV chef and producer Gordon Ramsay has entered in to a joint venture with All3Media to develop and produce unscripted and scripted television programmes via his newly launched Studio Ramsay.

Solely owned by Ramsey, Studio Ramsay says it will create new formats and  programing, including a scripted arm of the company focused on food related themes, as well as developing new talent globally.

Ramsay has worked with All3Media for the past six years. Before that, he had a stake in One Potato Two Potato, a 50-50 joint venture with Optomen Television. Ramsay sold his half of the company to All3Media in 2010 when it acquired Optomen. Ramsay and All3Media have continued to collaborate on One Potato Two Potato series, including Kitchen Nightmares.

Layla Smith (CEO, Objective Media Group) will work closely with Studio Ramsay in the UK, with Greg Lipstone (CEO, All3Media America) working with the company in the US.

“We really look forward to continuing our relationship with Gordon, working alongside him as he establishes and grows his new production company, Studio Ramsay,” said Jane Turton, CEO of All3Media. “He is a world class talent with a phenomenal record of hit TV series.”

“I’m really excited about this new venture, giving our team the opportunity to expand creatively on a global scale,” said  Ramsay.
