DLT partners with Robyn Nash for US/UK reality shows

DLT Entertainment is partnering with US non-scripted producer Robyn Nash Productions to develop new reality shows for the US and the UK.

Robyn Nash has made non-scripted shows for broadcast networks ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC as well as cable  networks such as TLC, Lifetime, Spike TV, True TV.
 
DLT has produced the UK version of the NBC hit Meet My Folks and plans to continue bringing UK created show formats to the US, a tradition which began with Three's Company in 1977. Nash will work with DLT president Don Taffner Jr in adapting formats for the US as well as reversing the process and working with DLT's producers in London to adapt US formats as well as have input on original productions.
 
In the UK, DLT is known for its long-running sitcoms, such as My Family, which had an unprecedented 11-season 127 episode run as the UK's highest rated sitcom and was also seen in the US on BBC America and is currently airing on PBS stations across the US.

"In addition to working with Robin to help create new programs for the United States, we hope to duplicate in the reality genre the success we achieved with My Family for BBC One, when we introduced the US writing table system for sitcoms to the UK"¬Ě, said DLT president Donald Taffner Jr.
 
Robyn Nash's credits as either creator or executive produce include programmes such as Word's Most Amazing Videos, For Better or for Worse, Out of Control Drivers, When Good Pets go Bad, Before they were Stars, Secret Talents of the Stars and Confessions of a Serial Bride.

Other UK originated shows DLT has introduced to the US are Too Close for Comfort with Ted Knight, As Time Goes By with Judi Dench and Geoffrey Palmer, The World at War, Rumpole of the Bailey, Miranda and one of its biggest commercial successes, The Benny Hill Show.
