Still providing the thrills in its seventh season on BBC1, Kudos’s spy drama follows a group of MI5 intelligence officers based in London in a secure suite of offices known as The Grid. Filmed in and around London, series seven followed the spies, with the addition of a new member, MI5 officer Lucas North, played by Robin Hood’s Richard Armitage. The show also starred Peter Firth as Harry Pearce and Hermione Norris as Ros Myers. The series was created by writer David Wolstencroft. It was produced by Katie Swinden and executive produced by Jane Featherstone, Simon Crawford Collins and Andrew Woodhead for Kudos.

In series four The Doctor (David Tennant) and his companion Donna’s (Catherine Tate) adventures included travelling through time to encounter murder mystery novelist Agatha Christie and meeting one of the series’ most popular aliens, The Ood. Also guest starring in this series was Sarah Lancashire, best known for her role in Coronation Street. The producer was Phil Collinson and executive producers were then head of drama BBC Wales Julie Gardner and Russell T Davies.

Created by father and son writers Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain, authentic teenage drama Skins premiered on E4 in 2007. The show follows a group of Bristol teens as they encounter the highs and lows of growing up. Following the popularity of the first series, the second series also played on Channel 4. In the latest series (which has already TX’d this year), almost all of the cast have been replaced, with only characters Effy Stonem and her best friend Pandora Moon remaining from the original cast.
